Set up Zoetis (VetFUSE) with Digitail

Seamless order tests and get the results directly into the medical record with the ZOETIS integration.

Requirements for setting up Zoetis:

  • Client ID

  • VetSCAN FUSE device

Contact Zoetis for installing the VetSCAN FUSE device and for getting your Client ID.

If you already have a client ID from Zoetis, follow the steps below.

Steps to configure the integration

1. Activate your Zoetis integration from Digitail

Go to Administration - Integrations and click on Connect under Zoetis and paste the client ID (this is the username from the PIMS Integration page from VetFuse) and click Save.

If you see Connected under the Zoetis integration, it means the connection was successful!

2. Add Zoetis tests to your billable services

Go to Administration - Services to start linking your services. If you want to link existing services from your clinic, search for them and click on Edit details. If you want to add a new service, click on Add service.

You can use the search field to find the tests you want to link to your service and select them. You can add multiple tests to the same service (and products from your stock too!)

πŸ“Œ To get a list of all the available services, press space in the search field.

πŸ“Œ If you are not seeing a specific test, click on the blue Sync button above the search field.

After adding all the tests, click on Save. You are now ready to submit an order!
