We are excited to announce another update that packs a ton of new features, a new design, and improved UX! The Health Card is getting a huge makeover!

Patient card

Overview

On the top bar, you can see the most important information at a glance. Next to the gender & reproductive status, you can find the Neuter/Spay certificate. The weight displays an arrow that indicates if the weight is going up or down.


Actions

From the top right corner of the patient card, click on the 3 dots to access more actions. You can edit or archive the patient, change the owner or manage (add, delete) patient alerts.

Now there is an easy way to manage patient alerts (tags). You can create a directory of alerts and use them for specific patients. To add a new alert simply select a color, write the alert name and click on the 'plus' button. This alert will be added to your directory. From there, simply click on the alert you want to associate with the specific pet.

📌 If you want to remove an alert from your directory, click on the X button from the modal. This action will delete the alert from all patients that had it associated.

📌 If you want to de-associate an alert from a pet, click on the X button from the top bar. You will see a confirmation prompt.

📌 If the client or patient has alerts (tags), they will be marked with an orange exclamation mark. Clicking on the patient name will display the entire patient / client card with the most important information.


Weight

There are 3 weight graphs available:

  • Client (all the weights logged by the client in the app) - pink graph

  • Clinic (all the weights logged by the clinic) - teal graph

  • All (a common graph with all the weights combined) - purple graph

You can also add a new weight directly from this section:

📌 The weight can be displayed or logged both in lbs and kg!

📌 You can update or remove a weight that was added directly on the Health Card by clicking on the edit icon. (for the weights that have been added through medical records, you'd need to edit them from there)


Internal notes

Store all the private notes about the patient in one place. These notes will also be visible on the appointment cards and on the pet/client info card.


Preventive

In the Preventive tab, you can see the entire history of preventive treatments.

📌 Use the purple button to quickly add a historical treatment:

📌 You can download the entire preventive history using the 'download' purple button.

📌 To update or remove an entry, simply click on the edit icon next to the product.

Medications

The medications tab displays the products from the 'Veterinary Diet' category for now. Coming soon - all the prescription products!

Labs

All the lab tests/investigations done in the Objective section of the record will be visible on the patient's health card.

📌 Also, lab results & orders from 3rd party labs like Idexx, Antech, and Zoetis will also be displayed here, along with the following information:

  • The name of the order/test.

  • Date and record reference. The record reference is of course clickable and will open the respective record for a detailed study.

  • Results. If results are available the pdf file will be hyperlinked and you may open it for a preview. The file is also available in the Objective>Files section of the record.

  • If available the order form can also be previewed by clicking on the print icon.


Diagnoses

All the diagnoses from the records are displayed on the health card.


Client card

Contacts details

Here you can find at a glance all the contact information of the client. You can easily send them an email, send an invite to download the app (if they don't have it installed), call or see directions to their address on Google Maps.

On top of the contact details, you can see some other information at a glance, such as the main contact person / co-owner, the associated discount, the outstanding balance, or client credit.

📌 Use the 3 dots from the right corner to edit client information or manage client alerts. Check this article for more details.


Pets

See all the pets of the client at a glance. You can easily go to their profile by clicking on their profile pic or you can add a new pet to the same client from the 'plus' button.


Internal notes

Keep all the client notes in one place. You can edit the notes or add new ones. These notes are always private to your clinic and won't be shared with the client.


Invoices

This section displays all the sales/invoices of the client (not only the ones associated with this patient). You can check their status, the amount due, or the credit accumulated (if any), preview the invoice, and download or send it via email.


Co-owners / Contact persons

From here you can manage other co-owners or contact persons. Add new ones, edit or delete existing ones.

📌 You can mark with a star one contact - their name will appear at a glance next to the client's name.

📌 You can also add the contact person to all animals of the main owner by clicking the checkbox.


Preferences

In this section, you can see the preferences of the client (they can set these by themselves in the app) or you can customize them.
