Sync monitoring charts from Digicare to Digitail

Connect Digicare to Digitail to sync and attach monitoring charts.

Updated this week

ℹ️ Learn how to connect your Digicare monitoring system with Digitail so that monitoring charts are automatically attached to the correct Patient’s medical record, making them instantly accessible from the Patient Profile.

Access Required to Set Up the Integration

To use the anesthesia chart, you’ll need to connect it with compatible monitoring devices. The LW8 and LW9x patient monitors automatically send vitals to the cloud, which will then be populated in the chart. The LWOne monitor does not yet support cloud transmission, but you can still enter vitals manually. There is no subscription fee for using the cloud connection or the integration at this time.

How to Set Up the Digicare Integration

To use the Digi-Cloud web app, you’ll first need to create an account and submit your clinic details for approval. Requests are manually reviewed and approved by Digicare. Once your account is approved, you can integrate with Digitail directly — no additional steps are needed from either Digicare or Digitail.

How does the Digicare integration Work

Once the integration is active:

  • Monitoring charts generated through Digicare will be automatically linked to the correct Patient’s medical record in Digitail.

  • These charts will appear as attachments within the record and can be accessed directly from the Patient’s profile.

  • No manual uploading or matching is required—everything is synced in real time based on the Patient information.

Highlights of the Digicare Integration

🗂 Automatic Chart Attachment

The integration ensures that all monitoring charts from Digicare are sent directly to the correct medical record in Digitail without any extra steps.

🔍 Easy Access from the Patient Profile

Charts are stored as attachments within the record, meaning you can view them directly when reviewing the Patient’s history.

⏱ Save Time and Reduce Errors

Automated linking eliminates the risk of attaching charts to the wrong record and frees up staff time for patient care.
