You can use the search function to find the patient you want to update.

From the top right corner of the patient card, click on the 3 dots to edit the patient details.

You'll see multiple options here as well:

Update the desired information and click save.

📌 You can easily add new patient notes or update the existing ones from the patient card, by clicking on the purple button.

All the edits are tracked so you can easily check who updated the information and when (even the updates done by the client). Read more about it here 👉
