From the patient's Health Card, you can see the download button for a full history of their treatments / protocols in the' Preventive' tab.
You can select the time frame (it will default automatically to the last year), the Reminder Protocols (categories) to include, and the staff member that is going to be responsible for the report (you can also leave that empty if you wish).
Note: a product or service has to be linked to a reminder protocol in order to appear in Preventive History.
If there's no Reminder Protocol triggered by a treatment, the treatment will not appear in Preventive History at all.
📌 You can exclude historical/manually added treatments (from the Health Card) by unselecting the checkbox. This means that only the treatments administered as part of a Record will be displayed in the report.
After you've made your selection, click preview to see the report. From here you can easily email it to the client, download it, or print it.
