Keep track of Client Balances

Easily track of Outstanding Balances and Client Credit.

You can see all client balances at a glance on the Health Card and on the patient/client preview card, which is displayed in multiple places such as Flowboard, Appointments, and Chat.

Client Credit

You can view a list of the sales that created this Credit Balance by clicking on the Information icon next to the credit balance on the Health Card.

You will see the list of sales with the date, amount and patient name, and can navigate directly to the sale.

A similar icon is also available on the patient/client preview card.

You can track where the credit is coming from by opening the Invoices tab under the client card in the Health Card.

All the invoices that have credit will display the overpaid amount in green.

πŸ“Œ If a client has a credit on their account when a new charge/invoice is created, the payment method will default to 'Client credit'. You can change that and use cash or a card if the client wants to keep their credit.

πŸ“Œ The credit accumulates every time the client pays more than the current invoice total.


Outstanding Balances

You can view a list of the sales contributing to this Outstanding Balance by clicking on the Information icon next to the balance on the Health Card.

You will see the list of sales with the date, amount and patient name, and can navigate directly to the sale.

A similar icon is also available on the patient/client preview card.

You can also check the full history of the client's outstanding balance on the Accounts Receivable Report. Find out more about this Report here πŸ‘‰

You can track the source of the Outstanding Balance by opening the Invoices tab under the client card on the health card.

All the invoices that have outstanding balances will display the amount in red.

πŸ“Œ The Outstanding Balance accumulates every time the client does not pay or pays less than the current invoice amount.
