In the Reminders Report, you can find all active reminders.
Accessing Reminder Protocols Report
Here is how you can access this report:
In the top menu bar, click Reports
In the dropdown, select Client Reports
Click Reminders Report:
Filtering Product Reminders Report
Expand Filters
By default, Reminders Report shows reminders that are set to trigger during current calendar month. You can change the date range if you expand Filters:
You can filter by date range, reminder protocol, due date status, item (product or service that triggered the reminder protocol) and client name.
You can type and search inside each of these filter fields:
For each reminder report, you can see the client information, patient details (click on the name to jump to their profile), reminder information (such as the reminder category and the product used last time), the next due date, and when the reminders were sent or when they are scheduled to be sent out (for upcoming due dates).
The report also shows the next upcoming appointment scheduled for the patient.
This may help you determine whether to send further reminder messages to the client.
