Review all your vaccines from one place.

The vaccination report is a detailed record of all vaccinations administered at your clinic. This report includes important information such as the vaccine type, client and patient data, and the staff member who administered the vaccine.

Accessing the Vaccination Report

To access the vaccination report, log in to your clinic's account and navigate to the "Reports" section. From there select the Medical Reports, then select "Vaccination Report" from the list of available reports.

Exporting the Vaccination Report

If you need to share the vaccination report with others, you can easily export it to a CSV or Excel file. Simply click on the "Export" button at the top of the report and select your desired file format.

You will require the necessary permission to perform this export.

What is a CSV file?

CSV is a widely compatible data file format which can be opened directly in Excel

Using the Vaccination Report

You can filter the list by administration date, category, or product and staff member.

The general search can be used to find and filter patients or clients - you can search by name, email, phone number, address, microchip, or rabies tag.
