Update your details or card using dedicated Customer Portal.

We are dedicated to providing a seamless and secure subscription experience. We accept all major card types, and our billing process adheres to the highest industry standards for online transactions. Rest assured, your card and banking information are safeguarded with us.

Through our embedded Stripe Customer Portal, you have full control over your subscription. Whether you need to update your card details, review invoices, or adjust your subscription, you can manage everything with ease. If you ever choose to discontinue your subscription, the process is straightforward and hassle-free. Your security and satisfaction remain our top priorities.

Accessing the Customer Portal

You can review and manage your Digitail subscription from your Clinic Admin - Subscription. Click on 'Go to Customer Portal' to login.

Please make sure you are using the email you gave us for billing (which is the same one where you receive the invoices). If you don't remember it, just contact us and we can help!

You'll then get a confirmation that a login link was sent to your registered email address.

From the email, click on the Login button.


Account Management

After logging in, you'l be able to review and update your payment method, update your contact details and access all your past invoices.

Updating your Card

Click on 'Add payment method' to add a new card. You can save multiple cards on your account, and select which one is the default / preferred one.
