Week 3–4: Team Training
Training Call 1: System Setup
Review your setup, confirm accuracy, and make adjustments as needed.
Training Call 2: Workflows
Train your team on daily workflows, best practices, and efficient use of Digitail tools.
Week 5–6: Pre Go-Live
Test & Review
Walk through workflows in a test environment to confirm readiness and identify any final adjustments.
Go-Live Preparation
Work with your onboarding agent to ensure your team, system configuration, and processes are fully prepared for go-live.
Go-Live Day
Your onboarding agent is available throughout your go-live day on a dedicated video call to provide real-time support, guidance, and troubleshooting for your entire team.
+ 2 weeks: Post Go-Live
Ongoing Support
Continue receiving support from your onboarding agent for 2 weeks post go-live to reinforce training, answer questions, and build confidence.
Two Follow-Up Meetings

They will supply the exported data, usually via a temporary link.
