My Training gives your team role-based lessons on how to use Digitail they can complete right inside Digitail. Pick a role, work through short modules at your own pace, and pick up quizzes and knowledge checks along the way.
It's built for anyone learning Digitail for the first time, whether that's a new hire or an existing team member moving into a new role.

Where to find My Training
Click your profile icon in the top right corner.
Select My Profile.
In the left-hand panel, select My Training.
How to start a training module
From My Training, choose your role from the list.
Select a module to begin, or continue one already in progress.
Work through the lesson at your own pace, including any quizzes along the way.
What success looks like: your progress bar updates as you go, and completed modules stay marked so your team can see what's left.

Switch role view
If your responsibilities span more than one role, click your currently selected role. This takes you to the main training page, where you can select a new path.
Tips and best practices
Set aside 15 to 20 minutes per module rather than trying to finish everything in one sitting.
Pair My Training with a bit of hands-on shadowing for the fastest ramp-up.
Revisit a module anytime as a refresher. It stays available even after you've completed it.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
What happened to My Digitail Journey?
The training you completed through My Digitail Journey isn't part of new training going forward. My Training replaces it for day-to-day learning. If your team completed training there before, nothing about that changes, and there's nothing you need to do.
Do I need to redo training I already completed in My Digitail Journey?
No. My Training is for anything new: new hires, new roles, or a refresher whenever you want one.
I'm still in onboarding on My Digitail Journey. Should I switch to My Training now?
No need to switch. Finish your current training in My Digitail Journey first, though My Training is there if you'd like to take a look in the meantime. Nothing you've already completed needs to be redone.
