After filling out the online application, VetPay can have you accepting cards using the payment links within 1-2 business days. Allow 5-7 days if you require a credit card terminal.

3. What is on the application?

The application asks for basic business information like your legal name and tax ID. If youโ€™re a Sole Proprietorship it is your full name and SSN. It will also have you to verify your bank information for credits and debits.

4. What is Paysafe?

6. What are my rates?

Integrated merchants pay 2.70% + $0.20 per transaction and $40 per month.

*If you believe you are getting a better rate through your current provider, you can send VetPay a recent statement to see if they can match or beat your current pricing.

7. How quickly do funds get deposited?

You receive your deposits the next business day. If you process $1,000 on a Monday, you should receive it on a Tuesday to your bank account. You will not receive deposits on weekends or bank holidays.

8. How do I pay my bill?

Your account will be ACHโ€™d for fees owed sometime the first week of each month. For example, your February processing will be charged to you the first week of March. You will receive a statement that shows a breakdown of your processing volume and processing expenses.

9. What terminals or machines will I use and where are they compatible?

The PAX A77 is the main terminal VetPay recommends for new users; however, the integration is also compatible with the PAX A920 and A35. (images below)
