Managing client information is an essential part of maintaining accurate patient records. Follow these steps to locate and edit a patient’s owner/ client details efficiently.
Searching for the Client
You can search for a client in two ways:
Using the Search Icon
On the top of your screen, next to your profile photo, click on the search icon.
A search bar will appear, allowing you to search by the client’s name, phone number, or patient’s name.
Using the Main Search in the Patient Tab
Navigate to the Patient tab.
Use the Client / Contact person search filter to search by name, phone number, email, or address.
📌 The search will display the patient which you will need to select.
Editing Client Information
From the Patient Health Card click on the three dots (•••) button located on the right side of the screen.
In this case you will need to select the Edit Client button.
The client information will appear on a new page.
After entering the necessary details, click the Save button in the bottom right corner to confirm your changes.
📌 The client alerts can be updated directly from the Patient Health Card
📌 You can easily add new client notes or update the existing ones from the client card, by clicking on the purple button.
All the edits are tracked so you can easily check who updated the information and when (even the updates done by the client). Read more about it here 👉
