Overview of the Subjective section

Record all details about the complaint and history of the patient.

In the Subjective section, you can record all the details about the reason for the visit and the recent symptoms and changes.


Initial Complaint

This section contains two fields:

  • Reason for the visit – Captures the main concern or purpose of the appointment, as described by the client.

  • Notes – Provides space to document general observations or any additional details shared during the visit.

When an appointment is booked online, an additional field appears:

  • Appointment reason – This field contains the reason provided by the client when scheduling the appointment online.


History

The History section provides insights into the pet’s medical background and recent health-related behaviors. It includes various fields covering aspects like medical history, activity level, diet, and any symptoms the pet may be experiencing.

Each field has an Add notes below checkbox. When selected, a Notes field appears, allowing additional details to be recorded.
