After they are logged in, they will see all their pets past and future appointments. To request a new appointment, a pet parent can start the appointment booking process from the :
Dashboard
Clinic profile or dashboard card
Plus icon on the dashboard bottom bar
Steps to book an appointment
If the pet parent has multiple providers select the clinic (unless the appointment process has been initiated from the clinic profile/card)
Select which pet the appointment is for
Select the service/visit type
Select the schedule and staff
They can write extra details for the appointment and click Send
The pet parent can book an appointment with a specific staff or with no staff in particular (any staff option). The system will assign the staff in the latter case.
The pet parent can go back in the flow by tapping on the arrow in the top left corner of the screen.
They will find the request appointment in the Appointments tab, with the status Pending Confirmation.
The address is a mandatory step when the clinic that the pet parent books an appointment with is a mobile vet.
