From the patient's Health Card, in the 'Preventive' tab, you can see the download button for the history of the treatments.
You can select the time frame (it will default automatically to the last year), what items (categories) to include, and the staff member that is going to be responsible for the report (you can also leave that empty if you wish).
📌 You can decide to exclude manually added treatments (from the health card) by unselecting the checkbox. This means that only the treatments administered as part of a record will be displayed in the report.
After you've made your selection, simply click preview to see the report. From here you can easily send it via email to the client, download it, or print it.
