Generate a certificate
To generate a certificate, first of all, you need to set them up in your Admin, Certificates & Forms section. Please check this article and this video for guidance.
Once you are done with this part, certificate generation cannot be easier. Certificates are generated automatically and you will find them in the Certificates tab of the Soap Plan section or in the Pet Health Card, Documents sections, Certificates tab.
For vaccine certificates. The certificate is generated automatically once you add a vaccination product or protocol in the certificates section Soap Plan section, Services & Products tab.
For Spay/Neuter certificates you need to add the service in the Services field of the Soap Summary section.
📌If in the unlikely event that the certificate has not been generated please click on the "Synchronize" button, found under the same "Certificates" tab in the Soap Plan section.
Share a certificate
Sharing a certificate is very straightforward.
All you need to do is click on the certificate, either in Healthcard>Documents>Certificates or in Soap>Plan>Certificates. The pdf certificate will open.
Then you need to click on the "Send via email" button. A modal will appear with the pet parent's name already filled in. You can include additional emails, even third party emails.
