Create and Share Certificates

Learn how to share Patient Certificates.

To generate a certificate, first of all, make sure you have them set up in your Admin > Certificates & Forms section. Please check this article and this video for guidance.

Once you finish this part, certificate generation cannot be easier. Certificates are generated automatically, and you will find them in the Certificates tab of the SOAP Plan section and on the Patient's Health Card on the Documents page, Certificates tab.

Generate Vaccine Certificates

The certificate is generated automatically once you add a vaccination product or protocol in the certificates section of the SOAP Plan, Services & Products tab.

Generate Spay/Neuter Certificates

To generate Spay/Neuter certificates, you need to add the specific Visit Type in the SOAP Summary section.


Review Patient's Forms & Certificates

Certificates are generated in real-time and can be seen directly on the SOAP by going to the Plan section.

📌 In the unlikely event that the certificate has not been generated, please click the "Synchronize" button under the same "Certificates" tab in the Soap Plan section.

You can also check all Certificates of a Patient, by going to their profile, followed by the Documents page. On the Certificates tab, you can check all automatically generated certificates based on the Visit Type or products administered on the Record/SOAP.


Share Certificates

You can share Certificates from multiple places.

Either from the Documents page, or from the Record/SOAP, simply click to preview the Certificate. On this screen, you can directly print it, download it, or send it via email (to the pet parent or to somebody else).

Certificates are also shared automatically with pet parents in the App, so they can always have them handy!
