Make sure the AI Practice Manager permission is enabled for your user role.
You can check this in Administration → Users & Roles.

You can access the Tails AI Practice Manager directly from the Services page, Products page, or Providers Reports — just look for the AI Practice Manager button in the top-right corner of the page.
