How to Access the Clinic Performance Metrics Dashboard

To access the Clinic Insights: Performance Metrics Dashboard, navigate to:
Reports → Clinic Performance Metrics from the main menu bar.

If you do not see the Performance Metrics Dashboard in your account, please contact support for activation or check with your clinic administrator for access permissions.

📌 If you do not see Clinic Health Overview menu option, please be sure to check your Role Permissions and ensure you have the View Clinic Health Overview permission selected.


Understanding the Clinic Performance Metrics Dashboard

The Performance Metrics Dashboard provides a visual breakdown of key clinic metrics, helping you make data-driven decisions. Below are the main sections of the dashboard and how they can be used to optimize clinic operations.

ℹ️12-month trailing data refers to financial or performance metrics calculated over the past 12 months, continuously updating as time progresses. It provides a rolling view of trends, smoothing out seasonal variations and short-term fluctuations.

Total Clinic Revenue

📊 What it shows: A bar chart tracking revenue trends by week, month and quarter for the past 12 months trailing, with gross profit percentage changes for performance comparison.
Why it matters: Helps clinics monitor revenue fluctuations, forecast financial stability, and plan strategic growth.

Average Revenue per Visit (by Visit Type)

📊 What it shows: A comparative revenue chart detailing income generated per visit type and total pet spend.
Why it matters: Identifies high-performing services, allowing clinics to optimize pricing and service offerings.

Top 10 AAHA Codes Revenue by Month

📊 What it shows: A trend analysis graph displaying the Top 10 AAHA revenue-generating codes, tracking monthly fluctuations over a 12-month period.
