To contact Support click on the icon in the lower right corner of the Digitail platform:

From there you have 3 options:

1: Continue an existing conversation if you have already been talking with a Support agent;

2: Start a new conversation;

3: Find your answer using our Help Center of useful articles.

When talking with Support you may be asked to provide screenshots. Here are instructions for obtaining those:

Windows:

You may prefer to send us a video of your activity in Digitail. We recommend Vidyard or Loom for videos.
