For general questions, we encourage you to search our Help Center first. You can type different keywords and browse the suggestions.
If you can't find the answer, you can reach out to us by:
1) Continuing an existing conversation if you already have one
2) Starting a new conversation
Get Help with an Issue or a Bug
We encourage you to create a 'Bug or Issue' ticket if you have an issue.
We will ask for some details to make sure we can offer the best support and fix the problem you encounter.
Please add as many details as possible - screenshots or videos are also a great help! We recommend Vidyard or Loom for videos.
You can review all your open tickets and their status by going to the 'Tickets' tab.
Share an Idea or Feedback
If you have an idea that you think it might be helpful for us to implement, please share it as a 'Feature Request'. We will ask for some details to make sure the Product team has all the information needed to evaluate the proposal.
