The dashboard is organized by section, with visual icons and scrollable panels to keep things clear and user-friendly. You can:
Filter views based on your role or workflow
Access appointment, task, and record details in one click
Avoid jumping between modules — it’s all in one place!
How to access the My Dashboard
To access the My Dashboard, click on the Home icon in the top-left corner of the Digitail menu bar.
📌 This new dashboard is currently in beta. If you don’t see it in your account and would like to test it out, please reach out to our support team via Intercom and we’ll activate it for you.
Highlights of the My Dashboard view
Appointment overview at a glance
Quickly see all upcoming appointments for the day — including their status (Pending, Confirmed, Checked-In), time, and patient/client info.
Each entry is clickable so you can:
Check in patients
Open the SOAP
Review client communication history

Overdue and upcoming tasks
Never miss a task again! The dashboard shows a categorized breakdown of:
Overdue tasks (new!)
Tasks scheduled for Today
Tasks scheduled for Tomorrow and Later
You can quickly open any task directly or filter by assigned user.

This section shows:
Draft SOAPs

Records pending review
This makes it easier for vets and techs to keep medical notes accurate and up-to-date.

Filter across your team (not just "My" items)
Even though it's called My Dashboard, you’re not limited to just your own appointments or tasks. You can easily:
Filter by other providers to see their schedule or records
View tasks assigned to colleagues
Include unassigned tasks that may need attention
This makes it a powerful tool for Practice Managers and team leads who need visibility across the entire clinic.
