Toggle its visibility by clicking the eye icon at the beginning of the row: - When the icon is grey, the visit type is hidden from both the online booking page and the pet portal. - When the icon is colored, the visit type is visible and bookable, provided it’s assigned to the corresponding staff profiles.

This feature is ideal for limiting sensitive or specific services, such as certain types of surgeries or other controlled appointment types, to only eligible clients or timeframes.

  2. Click on Reorder your Public Visit Types.
