Click on the 3 dots from the patient card's top right corner to access more actions.
You can edit or archive the patient, change the owner or manage (add, delete) patient alerts.
Click on 'Change owner', search for the pet parent you want to change the patient to, and press Save. If you'd like to change the owner to a new client (that doesn't exist in your clinic yet), simply press the link provided and add the new client's details.
When changing the owner of a patient, you can specify if you want to also transfer their outstanding balance to the new owner or keep it on the previous client.
