As a default, reminders are sent one week before and one day before the appointment, but you can customize these rules.

You can decide how many reminders do you want to send for each upcoming visit, on what channels (SMS, Email, in App), and with how much time in advance.

In order to change the default settings of the reminders go to Administration - Client Notifications - Reminders πŸ‘‰

To add another reminder, click on the Add button under the Upcoming Appointments section.

To delete a reminder, click on the red bin button.

Once you finish the settings, they will take effect after clicking on the Save button from the bottom right-hand side.

When you add a new appointment, you'll see the rules you set up, but you can change them on the spot for each individual appointment if needed.

Let's say you set reminders to be sent one week and one day before the appointment, but this client usually forgets, so you want to add some extra reminders just for this particular one.

πŸ“Œ Client preferences

If the client has configured their own preferences in the app, you won't be able to override those. Let's say they decided they don't want to receive emails; then you'll see that email notification is not available for this particular client.

πŸ“Œ Active SMS package

If you don't have an active SMS package, you'll be notified that the SMS notification can't be sent.
