Pet parents can access all their past and upcoming appointments directly from Digitail app. They can easily check all the important details such as the date, hour, doctor, services and many more.

In case they need to reschedule or cancel an upcoming visit, they can do this by clicking on the action icons. Only upcoming & confirmed visits can be rescheduled or canceled.

The pet parent needs to put in a cancelation reason when attempting to cancel an appointment.
