The Whiteboard (Beta)

Digitally track hospitalized patient's care on a daily basis.

Updated over 6 months ago

Let the Whiteboard feature streamline your daily operations, prioritize patient care (and even your boarders, too! 😉), create, manage, and follow the progress of tasks related to the treatment of patients in a digital way, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

Whiteboard Overview

The Digitail whiteboard feature automatically lists all patients moved to the "Hospitalized" column on your Flowboard. From this view, you'll find a comprehensive view of your hospitalized patients and can access critical information, including treatment plans and related tasks, schedules, patient notes, etc.

Note: This is Version 1 of the Digitail Whiteboard. Version 2 will include the automatic creation of tasks depending on the services/treatments added to the SOAP.

Manage Tasks on the Whiteboard

The tasks on the Whiteboard are color-coded for easy reference to help you quickly identify the status of each task. Tasks that become overdue will automatically change color to red, ensuring you don't miss critical deadlines for patients and pets.

🟢 - Completed

⚫️ - Upcoming

🔴 - Overdue

By checking or unchecking the boxes at the top, you can filter tasks by various categories, including completed, overdue, and due tasks.

To create a task or follow-up, simply click on the due date. You will then have the option to enter the task name, due date, and assignee. The assigned task will be reflected in this Whiteboard view and on the assignee's task list in the Appointment Calendar.

💡 Tasks that haven't been assigned to anyone will be visible to your entire team, allowing anyone with the availability to step in and help out.

Review Patient and Visit information

By clicking on any patient's name, you can quickly access their summarized health card to view their tags, allergies, latest medications, and owner information. Clicking on the "Record" icon under their information will open the SOAP note associated with this visit.
