Analyse and export client information

ℹ️ The Client Report is a pivotal tool in accessing, analyzing and utilizing client data for various purposes, such as: understanding your client base, client communication and client marketing.

The report provides you with all available client information, as well as client spend (on export only)


How to access/view the Client Report

In order to access the Client report you will require these permissions:

  1. View Clients Report (Manage Reports)

  2. Export Client Report (Manage Report)

Navigate to the Client Report by clicking the Reports menu > Client reports > Client


Overview of the Client Report functions

Summary Panel

📌 An active client is defined as a client that has at least one active pet.

A summary panel is available at the top of the report which provides:

  • Total Active Clients: the total count of all clients with at least one active patient

  • Clients Added: the total count of clients added into Digitail within the selected date range

  • Clients Seen: the total count of clients that have visited the clinic within the selected date range

  • Clients with App: the total count of clients that have the Digitail Pet Parent mobile app installed

  • Total Visits: the total count of visits within the selected period.

❗The summary panel has an independent date range filter.

Remember to select the date range, then click Refresh data to update the values in this area.

Filters

The available filters include:

  • Last Visit Date: Date of the client's last visit

  • Added Date: Date the client was added in Digitail

  • Alerts: Client tags/alerts

  • Discount Type: Global discount/s linked to the client

  • Status: Active or Inactive

  • How did they hear about us: a list of sources that led the client to you

  • Has App: the Digitail Pet Parent mobile app

Report Table

The information on the table includes:

  • Client contact information

    • name

    • phone number

    • email address

    • physical address

  • Additional information

    • Mobile App installation

  • Status

    • Date client was added

    • Number of active pets with inactive pets in brackets

  • Activity

    • Date of the client's last visit

  • Financial overview

    • Outstanding balance

    • Client credit

  • Discount types: Global discounts linked to the client

  • How did they hear about us: the source that led the client to you

  • Client alerts / tags

  • Pet information

    • List of the names of the pets

    • Hyperlink to the open pet

    • Hover on pet name for more pet info
