Setting Up ReviewTree with Digitail
Before getting started, make sure you have:
An active ReviewTree account and subscription.
One survey created created and customized, together with the ReviewTree team. You can adjust the messaging based on your preferences.
You can request a free ReviewTree account here. Fill in the form, and check your email for an activation link.
Set your password and your notification settings for what feedback responses you wish to get sent to you in real-time vs as reports.
Once your ReviewTree account is ready:
Go to 'Setup an Integration' in the ReviewTree Dashboard, select 'Digitail' and click on 'Add'.
2. On the next screen, click on 'Digitail Auth' to authenticate your account.
3. On the last steps, you can configure when to send the survey, and for which Appointment/Visit types.
How does ReviewTree work in Digitail
After the integration is complete, Digitail will automatically trigger the selected campaign for pet parents after their visit, once the Record/SOAP is closed.
By default:
If a client visits with multiple pets at the same time, only one email will be sent.
ReviewTree won't send more than 1 request to a client within 30 days, and if they have already responded to a survey, the delay is 6 months.
Things to keep in mind
Clients must have a valid email address in their profile for the campaign to be sent.
ReviewTree is a third-party service. All contracts, billing, and support are handled directly by their team.
