You can manage and view all your appointments from either the Calendar or from the Flowboard. The Calendar offers customizable views and filters based on roles and needs. For example, veterinarians can view only their appointments, while the CSR team might prefer a full weekly schedule for the entire team.

Calendar Views

There are different views and groupings that you can use to customize the Calendar exactly how you want. You can change the views from the top right side (Month, Week, Day, List) and select different groupings from the Filters sidebar.

Month View

Displays a monthly grid for a quick overview of your schedule.

Week View

Shows one week at a time and can be set as a user breakdown from the Filters sidebar.

Day view

It focuses on today's appointments (or any other day), with each staff member having a unique column. You can rearrange columns to see the number of scheduled appointments and remaining availability, color-coded for quick reference.

You can see under each user the number of scheduled appointments for the day and the remaining availability. The calculation is based on each team member's schedule. These are the color rules:

  • 0-49% availability - RED

  • 50-74% availability - ORANGE

  • 75-100% availability - GREEN

List View

It displays the week's appointments in an agenda format.

You can navigate through months, weeks, or days using the left-right arrows or by clicking on the date.

Calendar Grouping

Group by Rooms

From the Filters sidebar, you can group appointments by staff members, rooms/kennels, or events. Room grouping is accessible in month, week, or day views.

Appointment Preview Cards

The appointment preview card includes all relevant information about the patient, the client, and the appointment itself. From here, you can open new records, edit or reschedule appointments, leave comments for colleagues, or access the patient's profile. You can also start a new conversation via chat, send an email, call the client directly, or view the route for home visits.

You can click on the chat icon to start a new conversation, on the client's email to quickly send them a new message, on the phone number to call them directly, or on the address to see the route (in case of a home visit).

Appointment Statuses

Appointments can have five different statuses, visible as a label or icon on all appointment cards.


The Flowboard provides a different visualization, grouping appointments by status and stage. You can filter appointments by type, status, team members, and date and sort them by waiting time.

Clicking on the pet name provides a quick client/patient history preview. Alerts (tags) are marked with an orange exclamation mark.
