Accept or reschedule new appointment requests.

Your calendar is yours so that you can accept, reschedule, or cancel appointment requests on the go! We know things might change at the last minute, so you always have control over new requests.

The appointment requests received through the Online Booking Systems (web or App) will be visible under the Requests column on the left side of your calendar. You can easily accept or reschedule the new requests or just drag and drop them into the calendar.

You can accept, reschedule, or cancel appointments, and your clients will receive real-time notifications directly on their preferred communication channel (app, email, or SMS).

Each request card holds the means by which it was sent, either from the Web Booking page or from the App, displayed on the card's footer.

By clicking on the patient's name, you'll see all the details about them at a glance. From general information to internal notes, everything is in one place.

From this view, you can also:

☝️ Contact clients easily

If the client has the chat active, you will see the purple icon next to their name, and you can start chatting with them instantly. If you need to send them an email or call, you simply need to click on their email / phone number.

☝️ Check client addresses

If you are a mobile veterinarian, you need to check their address before accepting the appointment. You can do so easily by clicking on it and seeing the route.

☝️ Review booking details

You can also see details about when and how they booked the appointment.

If you have appointment requests from new clients, you can accept both the appointment and the client from here, or you can check all the new requests here.
