Accept or reschedule new appointment requests.

Your calendar is yours, so you can accept, reschedule or cancel bookings on the go! We know things might change at the last minute so you always have control over new requests.

On the left hand-side of the page, you will see all new requests. You can easily accept or reschedule the new requests, or just drag and drop them into the calendar.

By clicking on the pet's name you'll see all the details about them at a glance. From general information to internal notes, everything is in one place.

πŸ“Œ Easy client contact

If the client has the chat active, you will see the purple icon next to their name and you can start chatting with them instantly. If you need to send them an email or call, you simply need to click on their email / phone number.

πŸ“Œ Address check

If you are a mobile veterinarian, you'd need to check their address before accepting the appointment. You can do so easily by clicking on it and seeing the route.

You can also see details about when and how they booked the appointment.

If you have appointment requests from NEW clients make sure you first accept them in your account and then accept/cancel/reschedule their request.
