You have full control over your calendar, allowing you to accept, reschedule, or cancel appointment requests as needed. We know things might change at the last minute, so you always have control over new requests.
When you receive appointment requests through the Online Booking System (via web or app), they will appear in the Requests column on the left side of your calendar. From there, you can quickly Accept, Edit/Reschedule, Cancel or simply drag and drop the requests onto your calendar.
📌 You can accept, reschedule, or cancel appointments, and your clients will receive real-time notifications directly on their preferred communication channel (app, email, or SMS).
📌 By clicking on the patient's name, you'll see all the details about them at a glance. From general information to internal notes, everything is in one place.
Each request card holds the means by which it was sent, either from the Web Booking page or from the App, displayed on the card's footer.
From the appointment view, you can also:
☝️ Contact clients easily
If the client has the chat active, you will see the purple icon next to their name, and you can start chatting with them instantly. If you need to send them an email or call, you simply need to click on their email / phone number.
☝️ Check client addresses
If you are a mobile veterinarian, you need to check their address before accepting the appointment. You can do so easily by clicking on it and seeing the route.
☝️ Review booking details
You can also see details about when and how they booked the appointment.
