Utilizing your app invite tools described in this article makes it easier for pet parents to register and update their pet information, request new appointments, communicate and stay connected with your clinic much longer than with other systems.


Accept new Patient/Client Requests

For new users without the app installed, the link or QR code will direct them to the app store to download and install it. After they create their profile and add their first pet, they can communicate with your clinic and book appointments.

All new requests will be visible here, from where you can accept or reject them. After a request is accepted, the patient and client will be part of your database and you can start adding appointments, records or more for them.


New chat messages

All new chat conversation and messages initiated by pet parents from the app will be visible in the chat module.

Each new chat message will update the red bubble count.


Appointment requests

Appointment requests are visible in the calendar, Requests column.

Appointment requests originate either from the app or the public calendar.

Your staff can easily distinguish which ones came from the app and which from the public calendar by reading the information on the card.


Client updates

When pet parents use the diary functionality in the app, all the updates will pop up in the client updates tab in the Timeline> Healthcard
