Please note that this feature is only accessible if your client account manager activates it. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to utilize this functionality:
Activating the Feature
The feature is accessible to all users with integrated payment processing.
Contact Account Manager: Reach out to your account manager to confirm if the Scan QR to Pay Invoice feature is available for your account.
Once the account manager activates it, the QR will be displayed on every invoice for your account.
Using the QR code
Generate an Invoice: When the feature is active, generate an invoice as usual within the Patient Management System.
QR Code Generation: The system will automatically generate a QR code for each invoice if the feature is enabled.
Scan the QR Code: To scan the QR your clients will need to use a Qr scanning app or Google lens or, for IOS users, the smartphone camera.
System Confirmation: Once the payment is successful, Digitail will update the invoice status automatically.

Secure Transactions: This feature ensures secure transactions by encrypting payment details within the QR code and using trusted payment gateways.
