Tails can now listen to your entire visit, transcribe everything and even break it down in the SOAP format. You only need to review the content (you can make any adjustments you need) and 'Sync with Record' - all your notes are done!

All records now come with a 'Quick SOAP' option that you can find on the right corner.

Click on it, and start recording your visit. You can leave the recording on while talking to the pet parent or other colleagues. When you are ready, click on stop recording & process transcription. Tails will automatically break down the transcription in a SOAP format (including summary and recommendations, besides subjective-objective-assessment-plan). Check the result (you can also adjust the content or add more information if needed) and click on the 'Sync with Record' button. The text will be synced with the relevant fields, and all your SOAP notes are now done.

Before syncing with record, you can use the 👍 👎 icons to let us know if the SOAP breakdown was accurate so Tails can improve according to your specific needs and use cases.

Tails Dictate AI also works on its own as a straightforward solution for dictation and voice-to-text. You can use it for general quick notes, phone calls or other situations that might not be related to the SOAP.

📌 The dictation widget is also available for each field in the Record, so you can record and transcribe specific information in the right place.
