Dictate AI is a native dictation / voice-to-text solution readily available in Digitail that helps you record notes, client communications, and entire visits in no time.

Dictate AI is also integrated with the Quick SOAP, which means that Tails can now listen to your entire visit, transcribe everything and even break it down in the SOAP format.

Dictate AI is available in multiple places in Digitail, and it can be used for quick notes, for dictating discharge notes and other client communication or directly in the Record (standalone or in combination with Quick SOAP).

You can find the dictation widget in the top right corner. You can record multiple sessions and then copy and paste the information where you need it. The notes will be saved, so you can change tabs without worrying.

Next to each field in the Record, you can see the dictation widget. Click on it to record and transcribe specific information in the right place.

🎙️ Dental Chart Dictation
When creating a dental chart, you can simply dictate the findings you want to add in the text fields. Find out more about Dental Charts here.
