Tails can now create communication notes for you. Regardless if it is an email or SMS, you can instruct Tails to be more professional or funnier and let it does the magic.
You only need to review the result (you can make any adjustments you need) and send.

How does it work?
Open the communication modal by clicking on Send Message from the left sidebar or Add New Communication from the Timeline.
Click on Send email or Send text message
Make sure to enable the option to use Tails AI
Use one of the most common topics from our library or simply add instructions in the text field
Click on Generate and your communication note is generated. The subject is automatically generated based on the context
You can Change the Tone and Size based on your preferences.
By default the summary has a professional tone and a medium size.
Review the result; you can change the instructions and click on generate again.
Final step is to click Save; your communication note will be visible in the timeline now.
Custom Templates
ℹ️ Custom templates are saved at a user level.
Click on the
libraryicon to access and manage your custom templates.
Addthe most frequently used requests (prompts) to save time.
View all your custom templates in the template manager, where you can edit or delete them as needed.
Once added, the custom templates can be quickly selected from the library menu.

Can I revert the email that was generated?
Yes; you can use the circle arrow icon to get back to the previous version.
