Tails AI Assistant generates a real-time overview of your patient, highlighting the most pertinent details from their complete medical history.

Tails Assistant is part of Tails, the veterinary AI assistant that makes your job easier, from generating client communications, analyzing documents and images, helping with dosage calculations to writing personalized discharge notes, automating check-in and prescreening or generating Quick SOAPs with AI Dictation.

How does it work?

You can obtain a concise summary on any patient-related page by clicking the "Summarize Profile" button in the left sidebar.

Alternatively, you can quickly access a summary by opening "Chat with Tails" and clicking on the first suggestion.

If you frequently check your upcoming appointments in the Flowboard, don’t worry—you’ll have the option to generate a summary directly from there as well.

Appointment Cards also make it easy to obtain a concise summary with minimal effort.


With Tails, you can always deep dive and ask further questions or instructions once the summary was generated;


Use the suggested questions following the summary, or simply add your new request.
For example, ask for the source of a specific medication or diagnoses and request the link to the correspondent SOAPs or just let Tails share with you the side effects of the prescribed medicatio,
