Tails AI Assistant - Chat Automation
Tails AI Assistant - Chat Automation

Summarize the entire conversation with Tails or just let it generate a reply for you. Tails vision can also analyze all files shared.

Updated this week

Tails can now generate chat replies for you, summarize the entire chat conversation or analyze images and files shared between you and the pet parent.

You only need to review the results (you can make any adjustments you need).

Setup

If you're interested and want to learn more about how it works, pricing, and next steps, please feel free to get in touch with us through chat, contact your account manager, or send us an email at tails@digitail.io.

How does it work?

To open a chat in the PIMS, you can either click on the "Chat" menu from your home screen or go directly to a customer's profile and open a specific chat conversation.

If you have the Tails AI Assistant add-on, you'll see the following options available in any conversation:

Summarize Conversation

Forget about scrolling through an entire conversation. Just click on "Summarize Conversation" on the right side and let Tails give you an overview of what was discussed previously.

Generate Reply Message

Click on "Generate Reply Message" instead of thinking what you should reply to your customer. Tails will look at the last discussed topic and will generate a response for you.

Don't worry, the message will not be sent unless you click on the send button.

You can generate multiple times a response if you need to.

Analyze image / file

Whenever a pet parent sends a document or image, or when you send one, you can analyze it using Tails' vision capabilities.
