Veterinary clinic manages your pet's medical records.

If your pet visited a clinic that uses Digitail, and the pet's profile in your app has a record of that visit, or multiple records, or other medical information, it is often required from the clinic that they retain this information.

This means, that if you created a pet profile in your app, and booked an appointment for that pet profile, or in any other way connected it to the clinic, then you can't remove it using the mobile app.

Veterinary provider (clinic) can hide (archive) the pet profile on their end, and in that case it will be hidden from your app as well.

This typically happens for deceased pets or if a pet changed owner or moved to another location together with the owner.

This decision lies with the clinic, and you need to contact the clinic directly to ask them to hide the patient's profile from your app.

If you accidentally created a duplicate profile of your pet in the app, and haven't connected this pet's profile to any clinic yet, then you can remove this pet profile on your own.
