Have you forgotten your password on Digitail's Pet Parent App? Use these steps to reset the credentials for your Digitail App account.

Reset your Pet Parent App Password
From the App login page, click the
Magic Linkbutton to receive an email with a unique log in link. *Note: clients need to make sure they use the same email address that they were registered with.*
The email will provide two options for log in:
Option 1: The
Log in to Appbutton will enable you to log into their account without resetting the password.Option 2: The
Click Herehyperlink will take you through the password reset sequence
