The chat is a beautiful thing to use as it integrates with the Digitail PIMS seamlessly.
Via the chat, the pet parent can:
Take a photo and attach it
Record a video and attach it
Choose a medial file from the phone library and attach it
Record a voice message instead of typing.
If they have the app notifications on, the pet parent will be notified whenever there is a new chat from the clinic.
