You can easily adjust product prices one by one or in bulk from the Products page. From the Stock page, you can also update individual prices.
Updating prices in bulk will:
facilitate annual price increases 📈
ensure the correct prices are billed 💰
save you time and effort ⏳

Reviewing Recent Price Updates
You can now easily check the last COGS and Prices for your Products.
You can see the initial price and the updated one, as well as when and who made the change.
Adjusting Product Prices one by one
From the Products page, simply click on the dollar sign icon next to the product you want to update. You can update both the price and the dispensing fee from the same screen.
Adjusting Product Prices in Bulk
Select the products you want to update from the Products page and click on 'Bulk Update Prices'. You will also see how many products were selected to ensure you didn't miss anything.
On the modal, you will be able to adjust the main unit price, either with a percentage or a fixed amount. You can also decrease prices by using a negative amount.
Dispensing fees can only be increased, either with a percentage or a fixed amount.
You can also see the current prices and the new prices after the adjustment on this modal. Make sure that everything looks accurate, and click 'Confirm' to save the changes.
📌 Important Notes on Bulk Price Adjustments:
Prices will not decrease to a value less than Zero.
Prices that are below Zero are not affected by the price updating
Price updates are applied to the Selling Price, which includes tax.
Ensure you review the changes that will be applied before clicking the Confirm button.
It is not possible to undo the changes.
The new prices will apply when the next product is charged.
