You can mark appointments as 'No show' from the Calendar page, from the Flowboard, or from the patient's Health Card / Timeline.

Find the appointment you wish to mark as missed, then simply click on the 3 dots icon, followed by the 'Mark as No show' action.

📌 This change won't trigger any notification for the client.

📌 If you marked the appointment by mistake or something changed, you can still update, reschedule or even cancel it.

The missed appointments are marked in the Calendar and Flowboard with a red icon and background.

They are also visible in the patient's Timeline by clicking on the No show filter under the Appointments tab.
