Quick Steps to mark an Appointment as 'No Show'
Locate the Appointment: Start by finding the appointment you wish to mark as a 'No Show.' You can do this from the Calendar page, the Flowboard, or within the patient’s Health Card or Timeline.
Mark as 'No Show': Click on the three dots icon next to the appointment details. From the dropdown menu, select 'Mark as No Show.' This action will change the appointment status without triggering any notifications to the client, ensuring the process is discreet.
