Efficiently tracking missed appointments is essential for managing your practice's schedule and ensuring accurate patient records.

Accurately marking 'No Shows' helps in understanding client behavior and managing follow-up actions. It can inform future scheduling decisions and highlight patterns that may require addressing, such as frequent missed appointments by specific clients.

Quick Steps to mark an Appointment as 'No Show'

  1. Locate the Appointment: Start by finding the appointment you wish to mark as a 'No Show.' You can do this from the Calendar page, the Flowboard, or within the patient’s Health Card or Timeline.

  2. Mark as 'No Show': Click on the three dots icon next to the appointment details. From the dropdown menu, select 'Mark as No Show.' This action will change the appointment status without triggering any notifications to the client, ensuring the process is discreet.

Update a 'No Show' Appointment

If you marked an appointment as 'No Show' by mistake or if the situation changes, you can undo the action. The options to reschedule or cancel the appointment remain available as well, providing flexibility to correct any errors.
