Mark an Appointment as 'No show'

Keep track of missed appointments.

You can mark appointments as 'No show' from the Calendar page, from the Flowboard, or from the patient's Health Card / Timeline.

Find the appointment you wish to mark as missed, then simply click on the 3 dots icon, followed by the 'Mark as No show' action.

πŸ“Œ This change won't trigger any notification for the client.

πŸ“Œ If you marked the appointment by mistake or something changed, you can still update, reschedule or even cancel it.

The missed appointments are marked in the Calendar and Flowboard with a red icon and background.

They are also visible in the patient's Timeline by clicking on the No Show filter under the Appointments tab.
