Use the search bar next to the client name to find specific messages. You can see the number of results at a glance and use the up/down arrows to browse through them.

You can search for existing conversations using the Client name or find a Contact and start a new conversation.

📌 'Contacts' tab displays a list of all the pet parents that have the app installed and can be contacted via Chat.
